Boogie Boot Camp
Tried Bootcamp but got all hot and bothered? Boogie Bootcamp is a fitness class that uses dance as it's cardio component, alongside strength training and toning exercises to increase your fitness, scuplt your body using the tools dancers use and increase flexibility, muscle tone and core stability. One week you'll learn street dance cardio, the next ballet toning exercises or pole dance for upper body strength. We mix it up and give you alternative ways to stay in shape.
Each session consists of circuit like exercises including easy street dance moves, core stability exercises, stretch and body resistance work. But unlike other Bootcamps, we've got air con and great music to work out to!
